2.	Do all of your provider's staff have an academic degree, and have some additionally completed an apprenticeship? Yes   No
3.	Do Internet experts with international experience work for the other provider, and has the other provider produced websites not only for domestic customers, but also for companies in Asia, Europe and America? Yes   No
4.	Does the other provider have many dozens of references at home and overseas? Yes   No
5.	Has the other provider been around for long enough to have comprehensive expertise? Ten years are the absolute minimum! Yes   No
6.	Can you call the provider toll-free and is the support toll-free and free-of charge? Yes   No
7.	Are you assigned a personally named contact who personally takes care of your web-design project and web server? Yes   No
8.	Does the other provider operate their own web servers with in-house technical support? Yes   No
9.	Does the other provider perform all technical configuration tasks on your web server free-of-charge for you (e.g. change of e-mail addresses, domain redirects, program installation, etc.)? Yes   No
10.	At the other provider, does a personally designated consultant help you free-of-charge and without time limits in the case of computer problems that go beyond Internet management (e.g. problems regarding Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, ExpressionWeb/FrontPage, image processing, printer installation, network set-up, Internet connection and hardware installation)? 11.	Does the other provider offer free-of-charge, individual advice concerning your choice of domain name? Yes   No

13.	Can you terminate your web hosting contract with your other provider at any time with notice to the end of the month? Yes   No
14.	Does the other provider bill the web server monthly, meaning that you are not tied in for a whole year or more? Yes   No
15.	Does the other provider give you up-to-the-minute fixed prices for web design services and do they send you no-obligation written information on services and prices on request for each of their services? Yes   No
16.	Does the other provider have experience in website translation, e.g. English and French, and is the translation done by native speakers of the target language, who are additionally qualified translators? Yes   No
17.	Does the other provider offer completely free web hosting for one year with support, MS ExpressionWeb/FrontPage extensions, database, PHP, the legendary Urchin statistics and a personal contact when you buy your web design there? Yes   No
